I woke up this morning only to find out that Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver Queen (The Arrow) in CW’s hit TV show Arrow got a hold of my picture that I decided to throw together in photoshop on a whim last night after Stephen had posted a picture of himself in full costume on his phone.

Aside from designing banners and logos, I’m generally pretty goofy when it comes to using Photoshop. I knew I had to do something with Stephen in that position, and I also knew I wanted him to be sitting on something besides a regular chair. I had remembered that Stephen and a friend started up a company called Nocking Point, mostly selling wine, but also sells coffee (which I tried and is delicious), as well as other merchandise.

Okay, so I got him on the wine bottle.. now what? I needed a background… outer space! The wine will be a rocket ship! Don’t ask how my mind works…

Anyways, I posted the image to both his Facebook account, and tweeted it to his & Nocking Point’s account (which got retweeted by Nocking Point). Either way, I’m glad Stephen Amell was able to see it, and I’m more than thrilled that he decided to repost it on his Facebook account!
