Sneaky Cards – A Tom Kida Vlog Series

For Christmas, I received a most interesting present from my brother-in-law: Sneaky Cards by Gamewright. The premise is to find and meet new people, go to new places, and spread fun and joy through the use of trackable cards. The Sneaky Cards have a tracking ID that, when a holder creates a profile, logs where the card has been (think of those ‘Where’s George’ stamped dollar bills you’ve seen, only this is actually fun).

While I am one who loves meeting new people, I saw this as an opportunity to create a YouTube vlog series documenting my escapades. This vlog will be done monthly where I complete no less than four cards. Should I not complete four cards, I must continue the next month with the four new cards AND the ones that were left incomplete.

In an age where pranking seems to still be all the rage on YouTube, I wanted to create a better atmosphere where we all come together and have fun instead of being shocked or scared. If you’d like to follow my exploits, Like, Share, and Subscribe to my channel. Also, feel free to pick up this month’s #SneakySneaky t-shirt HERE. Enjoy!

WTF Did I Just Watch!? #2

I didn’t intend to post another one of these so soon, however a friend of mine just posted this treasure on Facebook and immediately I knew it needed to be here.

I first saw this treasure on a compilation VHS that a friend of mine had passed to me. It was a sort of “community project”. Essentially, it was a video mix tape of odd shorts from parts unknown and clips from movies that were just particularly weird when taken out of the context of the whole. The project part of it was that if the tape was passed to you, you would make a copy of it, add your own piece, and pass it on giving instructions to the next person. (This was the early 90’s, it’s how we rolled)

Possibly the 2nd or 3rd iteration of the tape had rolled my way with this clip on it. I have loved it and it’s absurd weirdness ever since and now, I share it with you.

Behold the spectacle that is “Pickle Surprise”.
