Videogames sales from Target and Amazon

Both Target and Amazon have announced a sale where you can buy two games and get one (B2G1) for free. In Target’s case, it is for all video game systems including the Xbox One, and the PS4. For Amazon they are only doing it for the PS4 for now, but will hopefully expand that to the Xbox One next week.

Target’s B2G1 started on November 10th, and runs through the 16th. Target is expected to have low quantities of each product so its best to go in as early as possible before the title you want is sold out.On Tuesday the 12th, Target will have the following PS4 launch titles:

Call of Duty: Ghosts
Skylanders Swap Force Starter Pack
Battlefield 4
Fifa 14
Madden 25
Assassins’s Creed IV: Black Flag
Just Dance 2014
Lego Marvel Heroes 2014

There are some rumors that the new Need For Speed game may also be available on Tuesday, but it hasn’t been confirmed yet. On the 15th they will receive their remaining games for the PS4 launch, including Killzone, and Knack. Many people know about the sale already, so it’s probably unwise to wait until Friday to pick up your games.

On Target’s website, they are offering a B2G1 with 3 Xbox One Games. They are selling:

Call of Duty: Ghosts
Battlefield 4
Fighter Within

Unfortunately their current selection of Xbox One games are weak. Basically if you are a shooter fan and you buy Call of Duty, and Battlefield, they will give you Fighter Within for free, which maybe the only way they get rid of that game. From video’s I’ve seen, Fighter Within looks like a dud.

Over at Amazon, they, they are only offering the promotion on Tuesday from noon eastern time until 4PM, while supplies last. At checkout you will need to enter the code, GR8TNESS.
